Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in engineering or computer science.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- 15+ years of overall experience, 10+ years of relevant analytics experience to handle big data and preferably few years of working in Alphabet programs.

Knowledge in

- Database : SQL & BigQuery (Mandatory).

- Google tools and ecosystem (Mandatory).

- Cloud platforms : GCP & Firebase (Not mandatory but an added advantage).

- Languages : Python & Javascript (Not mandatory but an added advantage).

- Experience in Intermediate to Advanced statistics and data modelling.

- Experience in reporting tools & technologies like Tableau, Bigtable, Datastudio & Analytics dashboards.

- Specific knowledge in Google tools like Cider and Critique preferrable.

- Experience in collaborating with teams across geographies and functions.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

- Act as the primary POC for client, development, testing and delivery teams.

- Understand client product, internal tools, processes and increase work efficiency through automation.

- Should have the ability to develop dashboards as well as coach a set of 50+ analysts on building dashboards and grow them internally to Sr.

- Data analysts and Business Intel experts.

- Help the team monitor data flow pipelines, identify bugs and bug fixing.

- Help the team Debug code from code repository and submission of change log for approval.

- Assist BA in Collation of dashboards feature requests and define timelines for requirements closure.

- Expected to perform data analysis (if required) as and when needed.

- Help teams gather Business Requirements on automations & assist on BRDs.

- Good statistical knowledge to perform regression models and other stat analysis.

- Under business requirement clearly, help team to translate the same into the dashboard & provide relevant analytics back to business with clear data interpretations.

Other Skills:

- Knowledge: Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting and able to transform an idea/strategy into a product through process mapping and requirements writing.

- Need a solid background in statistics methodology and experience with SQL, Python,.

- And familiarity in data visualization tools, e.g. PowerB & Data Studio.

- Critical thinking and analytic orientation: Analyze data & apply results in problem solving and decision making.

- Strong business judgment: Business analyst manager must be a tenacious decision maker, with strong business acumen and ability to bring a sound, aggressive, and responsible approach to business.

- Quantitative skills: Ability to utilize numeric data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

- Problem solving skills: Must be naturally curious and result-oriented individuals who not only identify problems but find solutions to them.

- Teamwork abilities:Able to work with cross-functional team in handling cross functional initiatives and bridging the gap between the business/operations and technology.

- Communication skills: Require exceptional verbal and written communications skills to effectively work with teams, vendors, and clients from diverse backgrounds.

- Selfstarter: Must be experts with strong business acumen and ability to undertake analyses and deliver projects independently in a fast-paced business environment.

- Project Management skills:Required skills to effectively get projects completed through others.

- Able to coach, mentor, and drive teams to be their best individually as well contribute optimally to group projects, and complete projects within required time framesGood customer management and client relationship building skills.

- Good time management and organizational skills.

- Flexible to adapt to any changes in the organization / process.

- Self-starter, Ambitious, go-getter and deadline driven.

- Keen to learn and implement learning.
