Associate Director - Business Development - Financial Institutions Group & Structured Finance

Position: Associate Director-Business Development-Financial Institutions Group & Structured Finance (Delhi NCR)

Role:

- Responsible for developing and executing target driven marketing strategy for Business Development of Financial Institutions in Bangalore/Chennai

- Management of existing issuer relationships and origination of new issuer/product mandates.

- Should have handled large FI relationships independently

- Should have a flair of understanding of the various types of market borrowings these entities embark on

- Should have interacted at CXO level in the counter parties

- Identity and target potential Capital market deals ( Debt) from the market

- Ability to network the influencers in the DCM space - should have the maturity and experience to engage large arrangers in DCM space for getting market information on potential deals

- Should have broad understanding of the various economic indices and their interlink ages to approach issuers / arrangers with value inputs

- Should have sound understanding of the loan/ bond markets

- In charge of fee negotiations for both existing and new mandates.

Requirements:

- MBA/CA

- 8-11 yrs of experience in Corporate Banking, Lending to NBFCs, Debt Capital markets targeting FIG (Banks/NBFCs/Financial Institutions) issuers

- Good relationship with NBFCs, Banks and Financial Institutions at a senior level

- Understanding of debt capital markets as well as a good understanding of functioning of Banks, FIs and NBFCs

- Understanding of Structured Products issued by Banks and NBFCs

- Excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate at senior management level. Must have interpersonal skills

- Self-starter with strong focus on revenue generation. Team player with ability to mingle across cultures
