We are Hiring for one the Big Four Consulting firm for Business Consulting Practice

Grade/Band: Associate Director

Overall Experience : 8+ Years

Relevant Experience: 4+ Years in Current Big3/Big4/Big10 or Botique Consulting firms

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Practice: Indian Banking/ NBFCs/ Financial Services Clientele (Non-GCC) (Experience Mandatory)

(A.) Requirements:

1. Should have expertise or experience working in the skills mentioned below in the Indian Financial Services sector across Banks/ NBFCs (Mandatory):

2. Large Scale Digital Transformation across Assets/ Liabilities

3. Business Process Re-engineering across Lending/ Banking/ Payments processes

4. Go-To-Market Strategy, Corporate Strategy & Business Model Development

5. Cost Optimization

6. Sales Transformation

7. Target Operating Model design

(B.) What you will require to take up this role:

1. Project delivery- Ability to lead teams, manage team member outputs and ensure a consistent project delivery

2. Client management - Independent client management and relationship building

Analytical thinking and Problem Solving - Ability to independently generate insights, develop solutions to address client needs and drive effective implementation of desired outcomes

3. Business acumen - Analytical bent of mind to recognize industry trends, how it impacts client's business and identify potential future needs of the client

4. Verbal Communication - Excellent communication and presentation skills for client management and relationship building

5. Written communication - Ability to define a logical storyboard and structure to present findings/recommendations to the clients and articulate the key messages in a clear and concise language

(C.) Qualification:

- MBA/PGDM from a premier Business School (Mandatory)

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Big 4 / other international business consulting firms in the Financial Services sector with Public Sector Banks/ Private Sector banks/ Indian Banks/ NBFCs based out of India of which at least 2-3 years in strategy or strategy & operations / digital transformation including Advisory & Consulting (as applicable)

- Any professional relevant to the role will be preferred. (as applicable)
