1. Strategic Brand Leadership:
- Own and evolve the brand strategy for the youth-focused fashion segment. Convert brand purpose into compelling narratives and experiences across all consumer touchpoints.
2. Integrated Campaign Management:
- Lead end-to-end 360 campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, and experiential channels. Work closely with creative, media, and production partners to deliver breakthrough work.
3. Consumer & Market Intelligence:
- Decode youth culture, fashion trends, and consumer behavior through research, analytics, and social listening. Identify whitespace opportunities and use insights to guide brand decisions.
4. Business-Driven Brand Marketing:
- Drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth through brand-led initiatives. Ensure all creative work ladders up to platform objectives and overall business performance.
5. Strategy & Analytics:
- Manage complexity across 50+ multi-category campaigns annually. Define clear marketing tasks, measure impact, and evaluate ROI using A/B testing and controlled market studies.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product, category, performance marketing, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. Align internal stakeholders across messaging, goals, and timelines.
7. Brand Governance & Identity;
- Uphold brand guidelines, tone of voice, and design standards across all communication. Maintain consistency while enabling creative experimentation.
8. Performance & Impact Measurement:
- Define KPIs for brand health, campaign effectiveness, and consumer engagement. Track performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights.
9. Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor a team of brand marketers and creatives. Foster a culture that values strategic thinking, innovation, and result-oriented execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7-9 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or youth-centric sectors.
- Strong FMCG or consumer-brand foundation with deep business understanding.
- Proven success in leading impactful brand campaigns and driving cultural relevance.
- Strategic thinker with excellent storytelling and creative judgment.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for fashion, pop culture, and digital-first consumer engagement.
