We're looking for a brand leader who wants to own that journey end-to-end. This isn't a corporate brand management role. It's a builder's role - for someone who gets equal energy from whiteboarding a market strategy and spending three days on-ground in a new territory making it real.
If you've launched or scaled a brand in agrochemicals, agri-inputs, or FMCG and felt the rush of watching market share move because of decisions you made, this is the role for you.
What You'll Own:
Brand & Portfolio Growth:
- Lead the full brand growth agenda for Atomgrid's agrochemicals portfolio - positioning, launches, expansion, and scale-up across target territories
- Translate market insights and customer understanding into sharp, differentiated brand strategy
Go-to-Market & Distribution:
- Design and execute GTM strategies that win in competitive, fragmented markets
- Build and deepen distribution networks; own the last mile with the same seriousness as the first
Commercial Performance:
- Own revenue, territory, and business performance metrics - with real accountability and real authority
- Track competitive moves, spot white spaces, and act on them faster than the market expects
Cross-functional Leadership:
- Work directly with sales, product, operations, and leadership - not as a support function, but as a co-owner of outcomes
- Drive strong stakeholder management across internal and external teams
Who You Are:
- 6-8 years of experience in agrochemicals, agri-inputs, or FMCG - with at least 2-3 years owning outcomes, not just contributing to them
- You've launched or scaled a brand with clear, demonstrable results - market share gained, geographies opened, distribution built
- You understand the realities of agri-markets: seasonal dynamics, dealer/distributor ecosystems, farmer behaviour - and know how to work within and around them
- P&L or revenue ownership experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable in ambiguity, energized by early-stage chaos, and capable of creating structure where none exists
- Extensive travel is part of this role - something you embrace, not just tolerate
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
