Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: - 7+ years of experience in product development, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing and launching custom banking products.
