Role Overview:We are looking for a senior Airline Partnerships leader to build and scale strategic relationships with domestic and global airlines. This is a pure hunting and commercial role, focused on opening new airline accounts, owning senior airline relationships, and driving large-scale revenue and transaction growth through long-term partnerships.

The role requires strong airline network access, credibility with airline commercial teams, and the ability to structure and close complex partnership agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Hunt, acquire, and onboard new domestic and international airline partners

2) Own end-to-end airline partnership lifecycle: identification, pitch, negotiation, closure, and scale

3) Build and manage senior-level relationships with airline commercial, distribution, and leadership teams

4) Structure and close commercial agreements (pricing, incentives, revenue-share, volume commitments)

5) Drive transaction volume, revenue growth, and P&L outcomes from airline partnerships

6) Work closely with internal product, technology, risk, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution

7) Represent the organization at industry forums, airline meetings, and strategic discussions

Requirements:

1) 10-18 years of experience in airline partnerships, airline commercial, supplier relations, alliances, or strategic BD

2) Proven network with domestic and/or global airlines (mandatory)

3) Experience selling or partnering around payments, fintech, travel tech, SaaS, loyalty, distribution, or enterprise platforms is preferred but not mandatory

4) Strong commercial negotiation, deal-closure, and revenue ownership mindset

5) Comfortable operating in high-value, high-complexity, senior-stakeholder environments

2) Scaled, revenue-generating airline partnerships

3) Measurable impact on transaction volumes and commercial outcomes
