
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2C and D2C environments, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital product lifecycles.
- Deep involvement in AI-driven product initiatives - candidates should have led or co-led the integration of AI/ML technologies into consumer-facing platforms to enhance personalization, recommendation systems, automation, or user experience.
- Must have owned or launched AI-first features or products (e.g., AI chatbots, predictive analytics, personalization engines, NLP-based search).
- Strong foundation in consumer analytics - using data to derive insights and shape product decisions that drive engagement and retention.
- Experience working on consumer-facing digital platforms at scale, ideally involving cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, and data science.
- A career track with 3-4 meaningful stints, reflecting depth of experience and impact across organizations or products.
- Capable of defining and driving product strategy with a focus on innovation, scalability, and AI-enabled solutions.
- This is a hybrid role, but candidates must be open to relocating to Mumbai, as in-person collaboration with stakeholders is preferred.
