Responsibilities : - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media channels - Handle various aspects and strategies of offline marketing such as collaborations, billboard advertising,newspaper ads - Optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs - Conduct keyword research, create ad copy and landing pages to drive traffic and increase conversion rates - Develop and maintain SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic - Create and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing campaigns - Analyse campaign data and provide regular reports on performance - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improve campaign performance - Manage relationships with vendors and partners - Ability convert site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generating content - Creating marketing metrics - we all love numbers - Creating performance marketing strategies Requirements: a) Good to haves: - Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills - Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently - Understanding of offline marketing techniques b) Must haves: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing - Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) - Real estate experience is preferred
