Associate Digital Marketing Director - IIT/IIM/IBS Healthcare Global Product company Key Responsibilities : - Build, motivate and develop a team of high performing performance marketing specialists - Lead the performance marketing strategy that creates pull and delivers customer acquisition,engagement and retention goals. - Build brand awareness, salience and affinity to fuel customer growth and engagement. - Responsible for end-to-end execution of campaigns from planning to creative development,media planning, campaign execution and measurement. - Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuousimprovement. Present to senior leadership regularly to update on key metrics and progresstowards goals - Bring big ideas to the table, obtain buy-in and effectively and efficiently implement ideas atscale - Own digital marketing budgets - track, forecast and drive efficiency - Deliver results with strong bias for action in an ambiguous environment - Running continuous category and competition monitoring and benchmarking exercise acrossstrategy, products, marketing, technology and sales etc. - Regular competitive landscape and market opportunity, competitive benchmarking (financial& market), Industry strategic assessment analysis - Guiding the research partners through the research process, inclusive of market coverage,adequate segmentation in the report, questionnaires, research process planning and strategizing, data analysis and market engineering, primary research, qualitative data analysis - Develop and assess insightful customer trends and market shifts in the Indian consumer landscape, making key recommendations that utilize market share and improve profit opportunities - Continually innovate, develop and suggest enhancements such as new methods of analysis to turn data into insights and action with a view to always being - one step ahead- of our competitors - Develop reports, presentations, and other communication materials. This may include research, drafting, editing, data analysis and presentation Key Qualifications : - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion - Experience in managing teams8+ years overall marketing experience with at least 5+ years in performance marketing - 8+ years overall marketing experience with at least 5+ years in performance marketing - A proven marketer, with experience of building and executing high-impact product and service campaigns that cut through, and are distinctive and memorable. - Track record of executing multi-channel and multi-territory campaigns, with a high level of comfort with the tools and techniques of digital marketing. Robust experience in creative development and execution. - Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others - Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs - Must be commercially aware, having owned marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scale - Strong drive for execution and delivering results in an ambiguous environment.
