Associate - Debt Syndication - NBFC

About Company:

A B2B focused NBFC with a government stake.

Key Accountabilities:

- Assist in execution of syndication / sell-down of project debt (loans / NCDs)

- Support preparation of information memorandums, pitch books, and financial models

- Conduct industry and credit analysis for infrastructure sectors such as power, roads, ports, etc.

- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for transaction processing and follow-ups

- Track progress of ongoing syndication deals and maintain internal MIS / reports

- Assist in documentation, due diligence, and compliance requirements for transactions

- Ensure timely closure of transactions by coordinating across internal and external stakeholders

Skills/ knowledge/ familiarity/ expertise Required:

- Basic understanding of debt syndication / project finance

- Knowledge of infrastructure sectors (power, roads, ports preferred)

- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

- Good communication (written and verbal)

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
