We're looking for a Creative Director with strong campaign thinking and deep social media experience. Someone who can crack big ideas and make them live meaningfully across films, digital, and always-on social. This role is about leading ideas, people, and brands-at speed and with craft.

What You'll Do?

- Lead integrated campaigns across film, digital, print, and social.

- Turn a single core idea into platform-right executions, not cut-downs.

- Drive social-first, always-on content that's culturally relevant.

- Own brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across touchpoints.

- Lead and mentor writers, designers, and content teams.

- Present ideas confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.

- Work closely with strategy, accounts, and production teams.

What We're Looking For?

- 8-12+ years in advertising / creative agencies + stint at D2C brand is ideal.

- Proven experience doing big campaigns as well as social media work.

- Portfolio showing integrated ideas and social-first thinking.

- Strong understanding of copy, design, film, and digital platforms.

- Experience leading teams and handling multiple brands.

- Ability to balance speed, volume, and creative quality.

Nice to Have: Creator / influencer campaign experience along with portfolio across varied categories
