Role & responsibilities: Financial Analysis and Reporting: - Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights into financial performance, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting. - Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Investor Relations: - Maintain relationships with existing investors and assist in the development of investor communication materials, including quarterly reports, presentations, and press releases. - Support in organizing investor meetings, calls, and roadshows, ensuring timely and accurate communication of financial results and corporate updates. Capital Structure and Funding: - Assist in the development of capital allocation strategies, including debt, equity, and other financing options. - Work closely with the finance team to optimize the capital structure and funding requirements to support business growth. Regulatory Compliance: - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including financial reporting, BSE filings, and other disclosures. - Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure the company's adherence to them. Financial Modeling: - Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, investment analysis, and scenario planning. - Analyze and assess the financial impact of various strategic initiatives. Risk Management: - Identify financial risks and work with the management team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Preferred candidate profile: 1. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a prerequisite. 2. A proven track record of 3-5 years in roles related to corporate finance, financial analysis, or investor relations. 3. Strong financial acumen, with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and analysis. 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders. 5. A strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
