Synergy Hr is looking to hire Associate/Sr. Associate into Corporate Finance for Fintech Company

Location : Mumbai Hybrid

Roles and Responsibilities

- End to end Fund raising experience for Indian & Global Market

- Preparation of Marketing collaterals like IM , Pitch Desk,teasers etc

- Due diligence

- Investor relations with all the stakeholder involved in the process of fund raising

- Well verse with financial model, valuation of deal, assumptions, historical financials, KPI build-up

- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including periodic filings, disclosures, and adherence to governance standards.

- Contribute across other capital markets activity as required, including debt raise.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of total experience in Fintech or broader NBFC financial services experience preferred.

- Must have been involved in at least one full fundraise cycle (preferably series B,C,D) with high level of ownership of preparation of marketing materials, financial model, term sheet, due diligence and documentation to have.

- Corp dev / Investor relationships / IB background

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong knowledge of corporate finance fundamentals, experience in valuation and integration exercises. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment across multiple time zones as our investors will be based in Asia, America, Europe and Middle East in addition to India.
