Job Title: Associate Consultant - Orthopedics

Location: Fatehgarh, Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh

Qualification: MS (Orthopaedics) + Fellowship in Spine

Experience: 2-5 years

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a skilled Orthopedics Associate Consultant with expertise in managing musculoskeletal and spine conditions, including joint replacement surgeries (knee and hip).

- The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality orthopedics care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for orthopedics, spine, and musculoskeletal disorders.

- Perform and assist in joint replacement surgeries (knee, hip) and spine procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

- Work within a unit-based system to ensure coordinated and continuous patient care.

- Conduct regular inpatient rounds (morning and evening).

- Assist and independently perform surgical procedures in the operation theatre (OT).

- Attend OPD consultations and manage orthopedics and spine-related emergencies.

- Participate in on-call duties every alternate day and on Sundays, as per rotation.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient management.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in orthopedics surgical techniques, especially joint replacement (knee, hip) and spine surgeries.

- Strong clinical acumen and effective patient communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

- Commitment to high standards of ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered medical care
