Position: Associate Consultant  Qualifications:  Graduate / Engineer with an MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, FMS, NITIE (only PGDIM course), JBIMS. Candidates must have a good academic track record.  Experience: 1-2 years of post MBA experience. (preferably 2013 Or 2014 batch)  - Previous experience in a reputed FMCG company with experience in channel sales  - Should have led a team of at least 2-3  Required Skills:  - Channel management (should have directly handled with retailers/dealers, distributors, wholesalers, etc)  - Additional 1 - 2 years of pre MBA experience would be an added advantage.  Role:  As an Associate Consultant, the incumbent would be required to carry out the following:  - Project Execution - Contributes to conceptualizing, data collection and analysis  - Work in project teams under supervision of a Project Leader/ Engagement Manager   - Support business development and knowledge initiatives   - Participate in Organization initiatives  Ideal Candidate  - Should have confidence and willingness to excel in his / her work  - Should be self motivated and a self starter  - Should be ambitious and have the fire to achieve stretch goals  - Should have proven excellence in performance  - Should have a desire to grow rapidly as an industry leader  - Should be willing to travel extensively  - Should have a clear & structured thought process and should be forthright  Location : Mumbai
