Associate Consultant/Consultant/Senior Consultant - Business Valuation

Job Title: Senior Consultant / Consultant / Associate Consultant Business Valuations

Location: Mumbai

About the Role:

- Conduct valuations of businesses, intangible assets, and financial instruments in line with global and local valuation standards.

- Support Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) exercises for M&A transactions.

- Perform goodwill and asset impairment testing.

- Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for internal and client use.

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver insights and recommendations.

- Assist in developing valuation models and methodologies tailored to client requirements.

Experience & Requirements:

- Senior Consultant: 45+ years of relevant experience in business valuations.

- Consultant: 3+ years of relevant experience.

- Associate Consultant: 1+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong knowledge of intangible asset valuations, PPA, and goodwill impairment.

- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.

- Professional qualifications (CA/CPA/CFA) are a plus.
