About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Agency Channel as an Associate Circle Head.

The role involves leading, managing, and motivating a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve business growth and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, develop, and manage a team of insurance advisors in the Agency channel.

- Drive sales and achieve business targets in alignment with company goals.

- Ensure recruitment, training, and development of new advisors.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance business opportunities.

- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions when required.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate with a proven track record in sales and team handling.

- 6-8 years of experience in Life Insurance / Financial Services, with at least 3 years in a leadership/team management role.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve results.

- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
