Associate - CCAR OR Capital Adequacy Looking for a professional with experience of 4-8 years in Capital Adequacy or CCAR with one of the leading Investment Banking Organization. Key responsibilities : 1. Contributing to an entrepreneurial team in performing in-depth data analysis, using statistical and machine learning techniques, to pragmatically build predictive and explanatory models 2. Identifying and translating business challenges related to Capital and Liquidity management into quantitative analyses and user-friendly tools 3. Mentoring and training junior team-members to disseminate processes and institutional knowledge; participate on the ongoing process improvements, optimization, and rationalization efforts. Key Requirements : 1. 5-7 yrs of relevant experience in financial modelling is a must. Familiarity with Balance Sheet and Banking/markets products is plus 10-12 years' experience in financial services 2. University degree in a highly quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering) with finance degree (MBA) is required. 3. Proven experience programming in R or Python, or any other statistical programming language; development of web-based analytics and applications 4. Strong problem-solving skills along with statistical and economic intuition.
