Associate - Capital Formation - Global VC Platform

A VC backed global intelligence and investing platform is looking for Associate to join their Capital Formation team in India.

Role:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support fundraising for our companies.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Assist in due diligence processes, including market research and competitive analysis.

- Liaise with investors and maintain strong relationships to ensure ongoing communication and support.

- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of portfolio companies.

- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and updates for investors.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Experience :

- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or investor relations, specifically within private equity or venture capital funds

- Needs to have exceptional portfolio management skills , fundraising for companies, and investor relations with global LPs.

- Excel Modeling skills are mandatory

Education :

- CA/ MBA and an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
