Opening with a leading FMCG Group for their office at Mumbai
Role: Associate Brand Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and scale multiple categories under the soap brand.
- Deliver topline and bottom-line targets in line with ABP commitments.
- Strategize ATL media plans in collaboration with media agencies.
- Develop robust SKU strategies to drive portfolio growth.
- Manage budgets with a strong ROI-focused approach.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive consumer activations and engagement programs in the market.
Job Requirements
Education:
- MBA from a Tier-2 institute.
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in brand management/marketing.
- Exposure to highly penetrated FMCG categories (preferably soaps).
- Experience in managing budgets of - 15 Cr+ is preferred.
