Associate - Accounting Advisory - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Support delivery of accounting advisory engagements, including technical accounting research under Indian GAAP/Ind AS, IFRS or US GAAP.

- Assist in the preparation of, and review of, financial statements, accounting policy disclosures and management reporting.

- Contribute to GAAP conversion, accounting standards impact assessments and related client deliverables.

- Perform data analysis, reconciliations and build work-papers to support advisory conclusions.

- Help draft client memos, technical papers and training material on new accounting pronouncements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (audit, tax, operations) and support client discussions on accounting questions.

- Stay updated with relevant accounting & regulatory updates and apply to client scenarios.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting advisory, financial reporting or audit.

- Strong understanding of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP).

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with accounting/ERP tools is a plus.

- Analytical mindset, good communication (verbal & written) and ability to articulate accounting issues clearly.

- Ability to work in teams, meet deadlines and adapt to client-facing environment.
