- Join our vibrant team as an Associate Account Director, where youll lead our client-servicing team, manage senior client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of innovative digital marketing solutions. Youll blend strategic leadership, commercial acumen, team mentorship, and deep digital expertise, acting as the key interface between clients and our internal teams.


- Your drive will fuel client satisfaction, account growth, and agency profitability.


- Be the senior point of contact for key client accounts. Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and marketing needs. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and lead the pitch process for account expansion.


- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and performance teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions aligned with client goals.


- Guide the strategic direction of client accounts, ensuring measurable business outcomes.


- Translate business challenges into actionable digital strategies.


- Lead and mentor a team of account managers and client-servicing professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Define KPIs for the team and conduct regular performance reviews and growth planning.


- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all digital campaigns and projects. Proactively manage project risks, client escalations, and resource bottlenecks. Maintain a strong pulse on campaign performance and client satisfaction.


- Manage P&L for client accounts and ensure profitability.


- Track budgets, forecasts, and billing accuracy across client projects.


- Support the finance team in revenue planning and cash-flow projections.


- 10+ years of experience in client servicing/account management, including team-handling.


- Proven track-record in growing client accounts and building long-term relationships.


- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.


- Ability to build, inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
