Assistant Vise President - Human Resources - BPO/IteS

Urgent Hiring | HR Leader International BPO (F&A) | Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Leader to join a growing mid-sized International BPO focused on Finance & Accounting services. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving HR strategy, building a strong organizational culture, and leading end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations in India.

Location: Hyderabad

Work Hours: US Business Hours

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and align HR initiatives with business strategy across geographies

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy

- Manage and mentor a team of 3 to 5 HR professionals

- Drive volume and lateral hiring strategy for night shift operations

- Implement effective onboarding, engagement, and retention practices

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA in HR from a reputed institution

- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with 8+ years in a leadership role

- Prior experience in a BPO/ITES environment (preferably international night shifts)

- Strong grasp of Indian labor laws and compliance

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Comfortable working in US time zones
