
Role Objective
To drive high-velocity deal closures in the 100-500 Cr client segment by sourcing, structuring (light-to-moderate), and closing capex financing opportunities. This role is about origination capability, execution discipline, and high ownership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and engage small and mid-sized manufacturers and capex buyers
- Develop and activate OEM channel partnerships for deal flow
- Build and sustain a strong pipeline across 3-4 industrial clusters
- Own territory plan and penetration roadmap
2. Deal Structuring & Closure
- Understand client capex requirements and balance sheet implications
- Coordinate with internal credit and lending partners for structuring solutions
- Drive strict TAT adherence from lead to disbursal
- Ensure documentation closure and disbursal execution
3. Pipeline Discipline
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and stage-wise tracking
- Actively manage conversion funnel: Lead Sanction Disbursal
- Proactively engage with internal teams on client discussions
4. Relationship Management
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat mandates
- Position company as a strategic capital partner, not just a transaction facilitator
- Increase share of wallet within existing accounts KPIs
- Quarterly disbursal targets
- Conversion ratio (Lead Sanction Disbursal)
- TAT adherence across deal stages
- Repeat client ratio
- Pipeline depth and coverage expansion
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in NBFC / Bank / Asset Finance / Capex Lending
- Strong local market network in manufacturing clusters
- Proven track record of closing Small & Mid-market transactions
- Comfortable with field-driven origination
- Strong execution mindset with attention to detail
- Good financial understanding and client communication skills
