Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber Treasury Sales Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Treasury team at the AVP/VP level. The role involves managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, delivering tailored treasury solutions, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, deep market intelligence, and superior relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients to understand their treasury needs and provide customized solutions.

- Drive sales of treasury and risk management products including liquidity, cash management and investments.

- Partner with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver seamless client experience.

- Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide insights and advice to clients.

- Acquire new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products

- Leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.

- Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong technology orientation and ability to adopt digital platforms for client engagement.

- Prioritizing a service mindset is essential for supporting clients.

- Sharp intelligence and market acumen to interpret economic, regulatory, and industry trends.

- Exceptional relationship management skills with ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA / Graduate

- 8-12 years in Treasury Sales / Corporate Treasury Relationship Management, preferably with Banks, NBFCs, AMCs or financial institutions.
