Role Overview:
The AVP/VP Sales role is a leadership position responsible for driving sales strategy and execution for the Kolkata region. This role involves managing a large sales team, developing and implementing sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The AVP/VP Sales will work closely with the marketing, customer service, and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales performance. This role directly impacts the company's revenue growth and market share in the Kolkata real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential and commercial projects in Kolkata.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maximize their potential and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and channel development, to expand market reach and customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product development and sales innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales.
