Job Title - VP/AVP

Experience: 15+ Years in REAL ESTATE (Mandatory) Mainly into Commercial Sales

Location: Gurgaon (Preferring candidates from Gurgaon, Delhi, Delhi NCR & those who can relocate immediately)

Salary: 25 LPA to 40 LPA

Job Description:

As a Sales Head to look after overall Profit Centre Management, Sales Operations, Sales Support Services, Revenue Generation, Post Sale Coordination, Client Interaction, Loyalty Program.

1. Sales Planning: To forecast the Annual/Half Yearly/Quarterly Business Plan by capacity analysis, market benchmarking, competitor's analysis and customer segmentation analysis.

2. Market Segmentation: To study the Target Market Segmentation by ensuring

- Market Mapping

- Customer Need Analysis

- Competitor's Analysis &Strategize Sales Plan accordingly

3. Pricing: Benchmark the market trends, analysis of territorial customer base and prepare competitive pricing plan for different projects.

4. Payment Plan: Benchmarking in the market and prepare competitive payment plan for buyers

5. Sales Schemes: To prepare Sales & after Sales schemes

- Initiate attractive Sales Schemes to promote cross sale & up sale.

- To calculate revenue impact through sales schemes.

6. Cross Sale & Up Sale: Design product mix to facilitate effective cross sale in Intra & Inter projects.

- To design concepts to enhance Up Sale in Intra & Inter projects.

7. Sales Targets: In line with Annual Business Plan to translate Monthly, Quarterly & Annual sales target for Chandigarh Region.

Allocation of targets.

8. Sales Operations: To review the existing customer base and plan for new customer acquisition and facilitate team accordingly.

- To facilitate Sales Promotion/Communication for effective reach to the customers.

- Training to team to facilitate day to day sales activities to achieve sales target.

- Coordinate and follow up with channel partners/dealers for generating Sales Leads and converting leads into Business.

- Meeting direct customers and facilitating the leads for conversion.

- Reviewing day to day customer activities in line with prospective sales plan.

- Accumulation of daily sales report and review of revenue plan.

- To facilitate Post Sale services for enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

9. Channel Partner Development: To identify potential channel partners on the basis of historical data and business credentials.

- Set the terms & condition of the business with the channel partners.

- Deployment of channel partners for different projects for different business

10. Channel Partner Management: In order to facilitate sales design channel partner loyalty program by ensuring performance based schemes and foreign tours.

- Facilitate and execute profitable schemes for channel partners for enhancing the business targets.

11. Channel Partner Meet: To plan, Coordinate and execute channel partner meet in different places to brief about

- New Business

- New Schemes

- New Pricing Plans

- Client feedback and

- Business related communications

12. Collection: To facilitate revenue collection in time from customers as per schedule.

13. Customer Loyalty Program: To coordinate customer loyalty program like Fun days to enhance up sale & cross sale in the project Business Commitment during booking.

14. Post Sales Services: To ensure that the customers are entertained in line with the Business Commitment during booking.

15. Customer Complaint: To analyze day to day customer issues and mitigate the service level/commitment level complexities.
