About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Vice President/Vice President Projects to lead large-scale Real Estate Development and Construction Projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, construction management, project execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of residential, mixed-use, township, or large infrastructure projects.

This leadership role requires a professional who can drive project excellence, ensure timely delivery, optimize costs, manage contractors and consultants, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Candidates with international project exposure in the Middle East, Japan, Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, or the UK will be highly preferred. Candidates possessing a valid Indian passport and willingness to travel internationally are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery:

- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale residential and real estate development projects.

- Develop project execution strategies, timelines, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and execution challenges.

- Drive project governance and ensure adherence to organizational objectives.

Construction Management:

- Oversee all phases of construction including planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and handover.

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and engineering teams.

- Ensure compliance with construction specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor site activities and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

- Implement construction best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Project Planning & Control:

- Develop detailed project schedules and monitor milestones.

- Track project budgets, costs, cash flow, and resource utilization.

- Conduct project reviews and provide performance reports to senior management.

- Implement project controls and risk mitigation strategies.

- Drive project recovery plans wherever required.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with internal leadership, investors, consultants, regulatory authorities, and external partners.

- Manage relationships with government bodies, local authorities, and statutory agencies.

- Conduct regular stakeholder reviews and ensure transparent communication.

- Provide strategic updates and project insights to executive leadership.

Quality, Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to quality management systems and construction standards.

- Drive health, safety, and environmental compliance across project sites.

- Ensure all statutory approvals, permits, and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.

- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Team Leadership:

- Lead multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, contracts, planning, and construction functions.

- Mentor project managers, engineers, and site leadership teams.

- Drive performance management, capability building, and succession planning.

- Foster collaboration and accountability across project teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15-25 years of experience in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Project Execution, or Infrastructure Projects.

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential, township, mixed-use, commercial, or infrastructure developments.

Candidates with prior project experience in any of the following regions will be preferred:

- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain)

- Japan

- South Korea

- United Kingdom

- Other International Real Estate & Infrastructure Markets

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience leading large-scale real estate or residential development projects.

- Strong exposure to project execution and construction delivery.

- Experience working on international projects or with international stakeholders preferred.

- Valid Indian Passport and willingness to travel internationally.

Educational Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

- Master's Degree in Construction Management / Project Management (Preferred)

- PMP Certification (Preferred)
