Product Management - UPI Payments Leading Digital Banking Platform !!!

Location: Mumbai

Industry: Digital Banking / Fintech(Mandatory)

- We are looking for a dynamic Product Management - UPI Payments to join a Leading Digital Banking Platform and drive innovation across the UPI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and scale UPI payment products (P2P, P2M, QR, AutoPay)

- Drive product strategy, roadmap, execution, and optimization

- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle

- Define PRDs, KPIs, and success metrics

- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, partner banks, and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) stakeholders

- Monitor product performance, improve transaction success rates & user experience

- Ensure compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) & NPCI guidelines

Requirements:

- 8+ years of Product Management experience in fintech/payments

- Strong understanding of UPI ecosystem & payment flows

- Experience working closely with APIs and tech teams

- MBA from Tier 1 institutes (Indian Institutes of Management / Indian School of Business / XLRI Xavier School of Management / SPJIMR / Indian Institutes of Technology / Indian Institute of Foreign Trade etc.)
