This is regarding opening with a Leading Pvt Bank as an AVP/VP-Product Management- High Frequency Trader/Algo trading

Designation: AVP/VP-Product Management- High Frequency Trader/Algo trading

Experience:

- 5+ years of deep understanding of HFT ecosystem

- Strong knowledge of trading strategies, market microstructure, and clearing processes for high-frequency trading

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Development

- Define, maintain, and execute the product roadmap for clearing services supporting High-Frequency Trading (HFT) and algorithmic trading participants.

- Enhance existing clearing solutions to meet evolving market dynamics, client needs, and regulatory requirements.

- Identify and evaluate opportunities for product innovation, competitive differentiation, and service expansion within the clearing ecosystem.

2. Product Assessment & Continuous Improvement

- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current clearing offerings and implement targeted enhancements to improve efficiency, robustness, and client value.

- Drive end-to-end upgrades of service capabilities tailored specifically for high-frequency and algorithmic trading clients-including FPIs, domestic entities, and Trading Members (TMs) seeking Clearing Member (CM) services.

3. Risk Management for HFT Clients

- Develop, refine, and implement specialized risk management frameworks designed for the unique needs and risk profiles of HFT clients.

- Partner with internal risk teams to ensure robust, compliant, and real-time risk controls are embedded into clearing workflows.

4. Client Engagement & Advisory

- Collaborate with the Sales team to meet clients, understand their requirements, and translate insights into tangible product improvements.

- Serve as the product expert during client discussions, solution presentations, and due-diligence interactions.
