Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Private Wealth Coverage

Role Overview:

We are looking for an AVP / VP to build and lead our coverage of private wealth clients including family offices, corporate treasuries, HNIs, and UHNIs and to distribute our fixed income and structured finance investment products to this segment. This is a client-facing, revenue-driving role for someone who already has an established network and credibility with private wealth clients in India, and who understands how to position debt and structured products to this audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Coverage & Relationship Management: Build, manage, and deepen relationships with family offices, corporate treasuries, HNIs, and UHNIs, acting as their primary point of contact for fixed income and structured finance opportunities.

- Product Pitching: Present and pitch Organisation's fixed income and structured finance investment products (NCDs, bonds, structured debt, securitized paper, etc.) to private wealth clients in a clear, credible, and consultative manner.

- Deal Sourcing & Distribution: Work closely with the origination/execution teams to understand upcoming transactions and match suitable opportunities to client risk appetite, ticket size, and investment mandate.

- Trading & Market Opportunities: Track the Indian debt market actively primary issuances, secondary market trades, yield movements, and credit developments to identify and surface relevant trading and investment opportunities to clients.

- Onboarding & Servicing: Manage end-to-end client onboarding, documentation, and post-investment servicing in coordination with internal operations and compliance.

- Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain a structured pipeline of client conversations, investment commitments, and AUM/flow tracking; provide regular updates to management on coverage progress and revenue.

- Market Intelligence: Stay current on competing platforms, product structures, and pricing benchmarks to ensure Organisation's offerings remain competitive for this client segment.

- Cross-team Coordination: Liaise with the deal execution, structuring, and compliance teams to ensure smooth transaction closure and a strong client experience.
