Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and delivery of innovative, customer-centric solutions within the Insurance Services domain. This role would sit under the delivery organization and will have dual responsibilities of supporting the solution organization in strengthening solutions and working with the transformation office in identifying customer problem statement opportunities into deployable solutions in collaboration with customer stakeholders. This role requires strong domain expertise, technical acumen, and consultative skills to drive transformation initiatives, ensure solution scalability, and foster collaboration across global teams and geographies.

Must have: P&C Insurance experience, minimum 6 years of experience in Insurance domain, presales, solutioning, transformation, BD & RFP's.

Key Responsibilities:

Strengthen Solutions:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of customer-focused solutions across insurance and related domains.

- Own the end-to-end solutioning process, including:

- Understanding domain-specific needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.

- Responding to RFPs with detailed solution architecture and value propositions.

- Creating proactive proposals to address emerging or latent business needs.

- Preparing and delivering presentations, demos, and oral defenses for stakeholders.

- Ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with business goals and transformation objectives.

Transformation Support:

- Actively leads transformation initiatives by contributing domain and technical expertise.

- Align solutions with the overall transformation roadmap and strategic goals.

- Provide consultative input during opportunity assessment and execution phases.

Techno-Functional & Consultative Expertise:

- Serve as a bridge between business and technology, offering deep domain knowledge and technical insight.

- Guide teams on solution feasibility, architecture, and implementation.

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with:

- PEX (Process Excellence) Leader/leads for process alignment and optimization.

- Platform digitalization Leader /leads for solution architecture and integration.

- Data Leader/leads for embedding analytics and AI into solutions.

- Support and lead in joint validation of opportunities and solution scoping.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

- Lead with innovation in solution design, leveraging emerging technologies.

- Encourage and institutionalize reuse of assets, templates, and frameworks across projects.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and practices.

Key Skills & Competencies Domain & Functional Expertise:

- Deep understanding of Insurance Services domain, including Life, P&C, Health, and Reinsurance processes.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical and operational solutions.

Solutioning & Consulting:

- Proven experience in solution architecture, RFP responses, and proposal development.

- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for client orals and demos.

- Ability to design scalable, reusable, and value-driven solutions.

Technical Acumen:

- Familiarity with automation, analytics, AI/ML, and digital platforms.

- Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and cloud technologies.

Collaboration & Leadership:

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Ability to lead virtual teams and influence without authority across multiple geographies.

Project & Change Management:

- Proficiency in agile and waterfall methodologies.

- Experience in change management, adoption planning, and benefit realization.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

- 15+ years of experience in solutioning, consulting, or transformation roles, with at least 5+ years in the Insurance Services domain.

- Proven track record of working with global teams across multiple geographies.

- Experience in client-facing roles, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering large scale transformation programs.
