Description: Vice President, Loan Servicing

Role Summary:

The Vice President of Investments is a senior professional responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing lending opportunities. The VP plays a critical role by hands-on analytical work with deal leadership, portfolio oversight, and strategic input.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Sourcing & Evaluation:

- Identify, source, and screen new investment opportunities aligned with the firms strategy

- Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis

- Build and review financial models (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis, scenario analysis)

- Lead commercial, financial, and operational due diligence processes

Deal Execution:

- Structure and negotiate investment terms

- Coordinate with legal, tax, and external advisors

- Prepare and present investment memos to the investment committee

- Manage deal timelines from initial review through closing

Portfolio Management:

- Oversee portfolio company performance and financial reporting

- Work with management teams to drive value creation initiatives

- Monitor KPIs, covenants, and exit readiness

- Support exit strategies including M&A, IPOs, or secondary transactions

Leadership & Collaboration:

- Mentor and manage Associates and Analysts

- Review junior team work for accuracy and quality

- Collaborate closely with Partners, CIO, and other senior stakeholders

- Represent the firm in meetings with founders, executives, and co-investors

Strategic Contribution:

- Contribute to investment strategy refinement and capital allocation decisions

- Stay current on market trends, valuation shifts, and regulatory developments

- Support fundraising and investor relations as needed

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience (investment banking, private equity, venture capital, asset management, or similar)

- Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise

- Proven experience leading deals or investments end-to-end

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- High level of judgment, integrity, and attention to detail
