Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Investment Head - Private Equity - Media/Hospitality

1. The individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's investment strategies and driving value creation.

2. Leveraging expertise in financial analysis, market research, and investment management, the individual will lead the investment team in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities to optimize returns and support the company's growth objectives.

3. Develop and implement investment strategies and portfolio management techniques to maximize returns, minimize risks, and achieve our financial objectives.

4. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and potential risks, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

5. Evaluate and assess potential investment opportunities through rigorous financial modelling, due diligence, and risk assessment.

6. Lead negotiations and structuring of investment transactions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and legal advisors to ensure favourable terms and successful execution.

7. Monitor and manage investment portfolios, tracking performance, analysing results, and making strategic adjustments as needed to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
