Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Investment Banking (8-15 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Investment Banking professional to manage and execute transactions across the BFSI and FinTech sectors, with exposure to IPOs, M&A and Private Equity transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business origination and develop relationships with CXOs, promoters and senior stakeholders.

- Lead transactions end-to-end, from pitching and mandate acquisition to execution and closure.

- Perform financial modelling, valuation and analysis of BFSI/FinTech businesses.

- Prepare pitch decks, transaction materials and presentations for clients and investors.

- Manage interactions with clients, investors, buyers and other transaction stakeholders.

- Independently manage transaction workstreams and coordinate internal teams.

Candidate Profile:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance.

- Strong understanding of BFSI/FinTech businesses and financial statements.

- Strong experience in valuation, financial modelling and transaction execution.

- Prior experience in IPO, M&A or PE transactions preferred.

- Strong communication, analytical, client-management and team-management skills.

- Ability to originate opportunities and build senior-level relationships.
