Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Growth - Real Estate

- Comprehensive study of region with respect to supply and demand, development potential.

- Opportunity analysis to identify trends and new concepts.

- Drawing insights from market research into project design, planning and pricing.

- Track competitor activity in the region from a new launch, concepts, pricing etc perspective

- Developing project business plans. Conducting studies and research around project feasibility and costs.

- Providing market input and co-ordinating with Design Team for design brief details.

- Conducting benchmark analysis for parking, services and over all assets.

- Finalization of Leasing & Anchor strategy development with the leasing team.

- Risk Management across projects and the region to identify trends and take pre-emptive corrective actions.

- Internal Co-ordination with various teams- Design, Projects, Finance, Legal, Operations, Legal, etc

- Making presentations for internal reviews by management.

- Assisting the Growth Coordinator.
