Procurement Strategy & Leadership:


- Define and execute the global procurement strategy aligned with business objectives

- Lead both direct (raw materials, production inputs) and indirect (IT, services, facilities, marketing) procurement

- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on procurement and supply chain decisions

Global Sourcing & Supplier Management:


- Build and manage a robust global supplier ecosystem

- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and vendor consolidation

- Drive supplier performance management frameworks, governance, and risk mitigation

Cost Optimization & Value Creation:


- Deliver sustained cost savings and value engineering initiatives

- Implement should cost models, benchmarking, and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) approaches

- Identify opportunities for process efficiency and spend optimization

4. Procurement Transformation & Digitalization:


- Lead procurement transformation programs , including automation and digitization

- Drive adoption of procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle)

- Establish data-driven decision-making using analytics and dashboards


5. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Partner with business, finance, operations, and supply chain teams globally

- Ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business priorities

- Influence senior stakeholders and drive change management initiatives


6. Risk Management & Compliance:


- Ensure adherence to global compliance, governance, and ESG standards

- Mitigate supply chain risks through diversification and contingency planning

- Drive ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives


7. Team Leadership & Capability Building:


- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing global procurement teams

- Develop succession pipelines and capability frameworks

- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
