Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Equipment Finance

We are currently hiring for senior leadership roles (AVP and VP) in the Equipment Finance / Leasing domain. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to grow their career with a dynamic and expanding organization.

Location: Hyderabad (Remote)/Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with emerging, mid-sized, and large corporates to achieve leasing business targets across corporate and cleantech segments

- Strengthen existing client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

- CXO relationship is a must in equipment fianance segment

- Develop strong connections with OEMs, vendors, and other stakeholders through regular interactions

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal conversion and timely disbursement

- Strong ability to assess deal opportunities and quickly determine deal and customer potential to build a healthy deal opportunity pipeline that optimizes time.

- Identify and evaluate deal opportunities to build a strong and healthy business pipeline

Experience & Qualifications:

- 5-13 years of experience acquisition of corporate clients in a bank or financial institution

- Strong background in Equipment Finance / Leasing

- Qualification in Finance such as CA, MBA, or ICWA preferred
