Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Credit Construction Finance - Banking

Role Overview:

This is an opening with a leading private bank for an Assistant Vice President/Vice President in Credit Real Estate Financing/Construction Finance.

Job Role:

- Conduct preliminary screening of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) financing transactions, evaluating transaction feasibility, structure, borrower profile, and underlying security.

- Collaborate with Relationship, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to develop client-focused financing solutions and ensure timely transaction execution.

- Engage with clients to understand their business model, organizational structure, funding requirements, and transaction objectives; address queries and obtain relevant information throughout the credit process.

- Perform comprehensive credit analysis and due diligence covering the borrower, transaction structure, cash flows, and underlying collateral; prepare Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN) with risk assessment and initial recommendations.
