Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Corporate Banking - Mid Market Debt Advisory

Location: Coimbatore & Chennai

Please note: Work experience as Corporate Banking RM is mandatory

Primary responsibilities:

- Origination & Coverage: Proactively identify and originate new debt mandates by engaging with promoters, CFOs, and senior management across target sectors.

- Client Advisory & Execution: Partner with clients to design and deliver optimal capital structures and fund-raising solutions aligned with their strategic objectives.

- End-to-End Deal Management: Drive transactions across the full lifecycle-from pitch and mandate acquisition to structuring, execution, and closure

- Transaction Structuring & Marketing: Lead the preparation of high-quality Information Memoranda, financial models, and lender presentations.

- Lender Engagement & Negotiation: Manage lender outreach, evaluate term sheets, and lead commercial negotiations through to financial closure.

Experience/ Skill sets:

- Work experience of 5 to 10 years as corporate banking RM is mandatory

- Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with promoters, CFOs, and senior stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of credit appraisal, debt structuring, and capital markets.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.

- High ownership, strong attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
