Role Summary:
We are seeking a senior leader to head the Prescription driven or through doctor's connect operations with a leading pharma company. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep market knowledge across multiple therapy areas and geographies. The incumbent will be responsible for building and managing a robust commercial structure to drive business expansion and profitability in multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end B2C business strategy and operations for international markets.
- Formulate and implement short-term and long-term business plans to achieve market leadership.
Market Expansion & Growth:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and countries for B2C, B2B expansion.
- Drive sales and profitability across existing and new clusters.
Team & Cluster Management:
- Manage large teams across multiple geographies.
- Oversee the performance of multiple clusters and ensure achievement of regional and therapeutic targets.
Therapy & Portfolio Management:
- Manage operations across a broad spectrum of therapies, including Cardio-Diabetic, Dermatology, Gynaecology, Respiratory, Paediatrics, Ophthalmology, Gastroenterology, and Orthopaedics.
- Work closely with product management teams for therapy-specific strategic planning.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, KOLs, and strategic partners.
- Represent Mankind Pharma in key industry forums and events internationally.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with functions like marketing, regulatory, supply chain, finance, and medical affairs to ensure seamless operations
