KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with customers (internal as well as external) to assess their business processes, identify outsourcing opportunities, and define the associated roadmaps/business objectives.

2. Develop comprehensive BPO solutions that address customer needs (both RFP and proactive pitch), including location strategy, delivery/ramp-up plan, support team plans, governance strategy, process optimization roadmap, technology integration, and overall performance metrics management/plan.

3. Coordinate and leverage cross-functional teams to execute the defined BPO solution/project and manage overall governance.

4. Serve as the point of contact for customers for providing solutions, regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a win-win situation.

5. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the delivered BPO solution and drive improvement opportunities.

6. Collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities for BPO services and support the proposal development process.

7. Demonstrate deep domain understanding of Travel, Leisure, Collections, Telecom, and Product Support.

8. Specialize in Gap Analysis, Solution Architecture, Digital and Robotics-led Process Transformation, and Transition Support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

- Relevant certifications or training in project management, solution development, and process optimization are advantageous.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business processes, identify gaps, and develop innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, internal teams, and senior executives.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
