Role Overview:

- We are seeking dynamic leaders to architect and drive next-generation Agentic AI solutions within the Insurance (P&C) domain.

- The ideal candidate will combine deep industry expertise with strong solutioning and consulting skills to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven, autonomous systems that enhance decision-making, process efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities to deploy agentic AI across insurance workflows (claims, underwriting, policy management, customer service).

- Lead the solution architecture of multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, and prompt strategies.

- Collaborate with engineering and business teams for seamless system integration (ERP, CRM, Helpdesk, etc.

- Drive proof-of-concept development and measure business impact through defined success metrics.

- Ensure compliance with ethical AI, security, and governance standards.

- Engage with senior clients to communicate value, roadmap, and transformation strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong understanding of LLMs, autonomous agents, and workflow orchestration tools.

- Demonstrated expertise in Insurance / P&C domain - mandatory.

- Background in consulting/advisory (preferred: EY, Accenture, EXL, or similar).

- Proven ability to rationalize tech fitment, define ROI, and translate business challenges into AI-led solutions.

- Excellent client presence, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
