Job Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis initiatives to support strategic decision-making and long-term business growth. This includes developing robust financial frameworks, generating actionable insights through data analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between financial models and business objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop bottom up Annual business Plans

- Build and maintain financial models for business planning, forecasting and future looking P&Ls

- Scenario and sensitivity analysis to support business decision making

- Analyse Financial statements and key performance metrics to drive insights

- Partner with business and finance teams to understand modelling requirements to deliver actionable outputs

Experience Required (In Years)

- Minimum- 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial modelling and Business planning

- Experience in BP&A in Bank or NBFC

Qualification Required

- CA/MBA Qualified
