Role Overview:
As the AVP/VP Architect for Luxury Real Estate, you will be the driving force behind the architectural vision and execution of our high-end residential projects. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure that each project reflects the highest standards of design, functionality, and sustainability. Your expertise will directly impact the creation of exceptional living spaces, enhancing the value and appeal of our properties and ultimately contributing to the company's reputation for excellence in the luxury real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process for luxury residential projects, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and market demands.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural plans, specifications, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, engineers, interior designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and evaluate new architectural technologies and materials, recommending innovative solutions to enhance project design and sustainability.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring that architectural services are delivered within agreed-upon timelines and cost parameters.
- Present architectural designs and proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the project vision and addressing any concerns or questions.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex architectural projects, particularly in the luxury residential sector.
- Proven expertise in architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
