We are hiring for one of our leading fintech companies for the search of valuation-Debt Securitization role based out of Gurugram. We are hiring for multiple levels.
Responsibilities:
- Create and review flexible, transparent financial models for periodic third-party valuations fo alternative investment firms. This includes developing models from scratch and running sensitivities and scenarios.
- Take the lead in designing valuation approaches for new asset types and contribute to enhancing the firm's valuations platform for private markets.
- Mentor junior team members, conduct technical training, and oversee smaller teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an MBA from an accredited institution, certifications like CFA, FRM, CAIA are a plus.
- Understanding of securitisations, prepayments, defaults, and various capital structures and payment waterfalls.
