Role Overview:
To serve as the strategic partner to the Head Group Treasury by driving key strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, supporting treasury governance and fund-raising activities, and providing analytical and executive support to enable informed decision-making and effective execution.
Qualification:
Full time MBA top B School.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Relevant experience in Management Consulting, CEO/CFO Office, Corporate Strategy, PMO, Business Finance or Treasury within Banking, NBFCs or Financial Services.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support to the Head of Treasury, driving governance, coordination and follow-through on key priorities.
- Manage critical treasury initiatives, including ALCO meetings, fund-raising activities, regulatory engagements and other leadership priorities.
- Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Business teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Track key action items, decisions and deliverables arising from leadership meetings, ensuring timely closure through effective stakeholder management.
- Prepare executive presentations, briefing notes, dashboards and management updates for senior leadership.
- Coordinate information requirements for regulators, auditors, rating agencies, lenders and investors, ensuring timely and accurate responses from relevant stakeholders.
- Drive the planning and execution of ALCO, Treasury Committee and other governance meetings, including agenda management, documentation and action tracking.
- Support fund-raising initiatives by coordinating due diligence requirements, documentation, stakeholder interactions and execution timelines.
- Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders to develop high-quality management reports, presentations and decision-support materials.
- Drive governance discipline by establishing robust trackers, monitoring milestones and escalating risks or delays to the Head of Treasury.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve collaboration and enhance efficiency through structured workflows, automation and reporting improvements.
