Sales Team Leadership:


- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance and banking sales professionals. Drive team performance to meet and exceed business targets for insurance products.


- Build high-performing teams through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring. Training & Development: Design, implement, and deliver impactful training programs for insurance sales teams. Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.


- Facilitate onboarding, upskilling, and refresher training sessions using classroom, virtual, and digital learning methods.


- Insurance & Product Knowledge Enablement: Ensure sales teams have deep understanding of insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and banking sales processes. Translate complex insurance concepts into practical, actionable sales strategies.


- Performance Management & Coaching: Track individual and team performance using KPIs, sales metrics, and other performance indicators.


- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to strengthen sales capabilities and improve results. Identify underperforming areas and implement improvement plans. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, product, and compliance, to ensure alignment of initiatives.


- Act as the key point of contact between the bank and external insurance partners. Continuous Improvement: Analyze training program effectiveness and implement enhancements to improve learning outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes in banking and insurance.


Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in training and managing sales teams in banking or insurance.


- Minimum 5 years of team management experience handling insurance or banking sales teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in designing and delivering high-impact training programs.


- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Good understanding of insurance products, bancassurance, and regulatory compliance. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in life insurance, general insurance, or bancassurance.


- Familiarity with digital training tools, e-learning platforms, and modern learning methodologies. Understanding of sales KPIs, performance metrics, and structured coaching techniques. Ability to drive cultural change and instill a learning mindset in the team.
