Assistant Vice President - Total Rewards Job Description: Atleast 10 years of experience. - Captive, BPO, IT industry (Minimum span handled 1500 employees). - MBA/MA. - Stays in Delhi or Gurgaon - Noida candidates need not apply. - Shift timing - 12-9 to 2-11 pm. - Compensation and market study: Hands-on with compensation surveys, studying marketplace practices in terms of compensation and benefit space. - Work closely with Total Rewards Head on annual and adhoc surveys, analysis of current to best practices etc. - Performs Program: Should lead the Annual and Mid year performance process ( end to end starting process simulations to closing the annual compensation process.) Suggest better ways to drive annual merit cycle. - Must be good with data analysis and hence knowledge of advance excel is mandate. - Must have experience in compensation concepts and should be detailed oriented. - Suggesting and formulating market aligned hiring grid and role wise pay grid. - Preferably done job evaluation process end to end. - Working on adhoc compensation projects (need based). - Compensation & offer fitment: Work on all offer fitments keeping in purview internal and external compa, skill maps, education and experience history, compensation progression of candidate. - Should have analytical midframe to drive market aligned compensation offers. - Work on creating SOPs with regard to entire Compensation practices of the organization.
